Heavy-Duty High-Tack Stickers That Grip Tough Surfaces
Thanks to an aggressive adhesive, our custom-printed high-tack stickers and decals hold fast to most surfaces that ordinary stickers struggle with!
These extra-sticky stickers are made for difficult materials, like the ones used on some kayaks, ATVs, bumpers, water coolers and other sports gear. The specially formulated adhesive grabs hard from the first touch and keeps getting stronger over time, ending in a powerful final bond. It holds so well, in fact, that we suggest applying these stickers only where you intend to leave them for good and never take them off.
Our 2 mil. Orajet vinyl is designed to last as long as seven years indoors and in limited outdoor use. Add the optional clear 3M cast laminate and outdoor performance improves dramatically, with extra protection against UV, scratches and abrasion. The decals come in sizes from 2 × 2 to 8 × 8 inches and are cut as rectangles, or you can have them contour-cut into one die-cut shape, such as a circle, an oval or any custom contour you include in your file.
Vinyl and Laminate Options
Orajet 3951HT High-Tack Vinyl, Cast Gloss Finish
A white, glossy 2 mil. cast ORAJET vinyl with a permanent high-tack adhesive that delivers strong initial tack and final adhesion. It's made for up to five years outdoors, offers limited scratch and abrasion resistance, and is meant for hard-to-stick, low-energy surfaces such as some plastics, moldings and powder-coated finishes.
3M 8518 Cast Gloss Overlaminate (Optional, 8-Year)
Add this optional 2 mil. cast gloss overlaminate to stretch the decal's outdoor life to as long as eight years and give it extra UV, scratch and abrasion protection.
Expected Lifespan
In perfect conditions, applied to a flat, smooth surface in indirect sunlight, standard high-tack stickers last outdoors for up to five years. The optional 3M cast gloss overlaminate pushes that to as many as eight years outside, with added protection from UV, scratches and abrasion.
Shape Options
Unless you choose otherwise, these stickers are cut into individual rectangles arranged in a staggered layout on a vinyl sheet. You can also have them cut into any of these shapes:

Custom-shaped stickers are contour-cut around the outline you want and grouped several to a sheet so production runs as efficiently as possible. We can cut a custom shape only when your file includes a vector contour shape for us to follow; if your design file doesn't contain one, contour cutting can't be done.
